I am a junior student at the University of Texas at Austin, aspiring to become a leading figure in technology journalism. I work for Texas Student Television and The Horn publication I am the youngest of six boys and was raised by a military father and German mother. The constant travel of military life has exposed me to diverse cultures and helped me to develop an open mind. My love for technology grew at an early age when it was time for my family to purchase their first flat screen television. I now spend countless hours reading articles, watching videos, and getting as much hands on time with products as possible. My main area of journalistic interest is using data visualization to create appealing graphs that readers can engage and interact with. 

Outside of technology I am an avid soccer player and fan who can be seen representing Bayern Munich, Sporting KC and the Austin Aztex. I enjoy skiing, which I can confidently say is a much better experience in the Alps than in Texas. I also enjoy watching films, listening to music, and playing video games, all of which bring me back to technology.
